Aw, hi! I'm actually probably not the best person to ask; I only attended the program in 2004. I'm only the community moderator thanks to a convenient membership in the otherwise-not-very-active webzine group while I was there. That being said, I believe someone in the community recently announced that the program was being discontinued. S/he could be wrong, though, and if applications are available for the summer of 2006 then I guess that's the case! Anyway, I'd be happy to answer your questions.
